Click hereTwo puppies born side by side,
Growing up and chewing on rawhide,
They bound and play and love to romp,
Even to give each other a playful chomp.
Wagging tongue and floppy ears,
The twosome didn’t see many years,
But as long as they were around they were a joy,
Providing much happiness for me as a boy.
Playful and conspiring the were in tune,
Tugging and pulling me around all afternoon,
Licking and loving and yapping for love,
Seems they could never get quite enough.
I still dig out there picture from time to time,
And hear their happy yips and whines,
It brings back fond memories of those years,
So much so I can’t help but shed a few tears.
It is so nice to think how this
person loved his dogs, The
Dog, the only animal who'd
rather be with man than his
own kind. I am very glad you
loved these dogs so much.
A boy's love for his dog {or dog's as the case is here} knows no greater bounds.

Dogs ~ so appealing ~ so revealing - giving love and affection in all sorts of directions. Now gone ~ memory sounds the gong and once again floods our grateful minds. What a beautiful illustration. New Puppies - Finest Kind!
