Let us know if this is your first time chatting, or if you’ve been able to successfully log in to Chat previously. Also, please share the browser version (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) and the operating system (Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android, etc.) you use.
