Always nice to see a first timer. I do not care for shorter stories but I know others do. Good start and good luck.

Good start, general grammatical errors, but nothing to write home about. Does seem rushed a little bit. The biggest complaint you might have, is how short the story was. If you took the time and expanded on the contents of the DVD, or even the housekeeping chores, the story would be an easier read and longer.
