Better suited to the erotic horror or nonconsent section. Stories that start like this usually become a checklist of degradation and psychopathy. Not much fun for a consensual BDSM category.

I understand that this is a fantasy, but I am having trouble suspending my disbelief.

I don't think I can believe a domme would wait until her wedding night to secure her new husband's submission. I also think any man, no matter how submissive, would be far more resistant if he were surprised in this manner.

To be fair, the story is well written, and well organized, but. I think this would be much more effective if you had spent more time in developing the character's back story and motivation.
